A full body session providing cardio and strength work without the need of any additional equipment, focusing most attention on the core (entire torso) and large muscle groups of the legs.
Online Virtual Yoga
Gentle | 60 minutes
Best suited for beginners, those coming back to movement, or to provide light recovery, mobility, and relaxation.
Flow | 50 minutes
Suitable for those new to yoga, with modifications available for those who are new to or re-approaching movement. The addition of “flows” will allow those who seek more work in their practice to enjoy “one breath, one movement” opportunities, while offering others opportunities to work at a slower pace with more support.
